This is probably one of my favorite iPhone apps I've ever seen. Called Pocket Heat, it runs the phone at 100% processing power, causing the components to overheat and thus warming up your hands. On top of the awesome functionality, it's got a great design. (If I had an iPhone) I would definitely pick this up.
