lunch: 1/2 container of sour gummi worms
first dinner: 1 grilled cheese sandwich, 1 slice of sausage + pepper pizza, 1 bowl of pasta salad, 2 slices of seasoned pork, 1 slice blueberry cake
second dinner: 1 kfc double down meal (sandwich [see below] + mashed potatoes)

I feel like the past 2 months i've actually been going to the gym were entirely negated by what i ate yesterday. However apart from the roaring stomach ache, the double down is a great sandwich, perhaps second to only the Baconator.
